A journey into the depths of your being

This Advanced 8-Day Intensive is facilitated by Radical Honesty Trainers Marvin Schulz and Michael Alan Kolb (Mak). It is open for people with previous Radical Honesty experience, at the very minimum one weekend workshop or longer online course and some practice in the real world.

In these intensive and transformative 8 days we create a context together in which you get to explore your own truth and authentic self-expression. With the support of the group you get to share things you always wanted to share but did not have the courage to, discover parts of yourself that you never dared to look at before, learn how to ask for what you really want and say no to the things you really don’t want, stand up for yourself and learn to deeply trust that you can take care of yourself.

As the days progress, you get to know yourself better and you can reconnect with lost parts of yourself. You can gently soften the armor you may have created based on past hurt and shame, if you wish to do so. Telling your truth in a supportive environment can help you outgrow habits that don’t serve you anymore and reclaim the power to lead a life of choice.

The 8-Day Intensive is a work of genuine love and care during which you set your energy free and unleash your potential to create the life and relationships that work for you.

The trainers will support you in:

  • Being really honest about your moment-to-moment experience
  • Noticing when you want to open up and when you don’t and have more choice
  • Setting healthy boundaries and taking care of yourself
  • Letting go of shame and attachment for approval
  • Feeling your own body and expanding bodily awareness
  • Staying comfortable with the uncomfortable - expanding your comfort zone
  • Asking for what you want - increasing your capacity to give & receive
  • Getting over anger, guilt and obsessive thinking
  • Repairing personal relationships and experiencing whole-body forgiveness
  • Living out loud - laughing, crying, yelling, smiling and completely changing your life as you know it
