There are three ways you can send us your information:

1. Print the PDF Form, fill it out by hand and fax it to us (+39 0323 888 980)
   
   
2. Fill the PDF Form out on your computer, print it and fax it to us.
   1+ 2 work with any software that can open PDF files (e.g.: all versions of Acrobat Reader, MAC Preview,...)
   
   
3. Fill the PDF Form out on your computer, save it and email it to us.
   To do this, you need to have the right software. Please read on.

   PC users:

   Preview
   If you want to use Preview (the standard application that opens PDF files), you have to use following work-around:
   Open the PDF Form, fill it out go to Print, click on "PDF" (the button should be at the bottom right) and choose "save as pdf"
   - Note however, that if you save the form in this way, you can not change it afterwards - so fill it out completely, before saving.
