Depth in the program was provided by the facilitators who each brought their own wisdom and expertise presenting areas of study that allowed for many avenues of exploration.
The serenity of the surroundings and the conscious-minded people I met created a haven of support. Being immersed in a different culture gave insights into new directions, both inner and outer. Treat yourself to at least one month and if you can make it for a longer stay, all the richer the journey."
