Program

overview

  • 5 days per week meditation and body practices in the morning (1,5 hours)
  • 3 seminar units per week (each 2 hours long) – see seminar-calender
  • Additional assignments aimed at deepening your understanding and integrating the content of the seminars on your off days.
  • Additional seminar units with guest teachers possible (flexible)
  • Introductory interview with focus on your current life situation and your personal goals
  • One personal consultation per week (1/2 hour, starting from the second week)
  • Concluding Interview with focus on your further individual steps
  • Feedback round with the group two times per week (1/2 hour)
  • If you are participating for more than one month: individual coaching with assignments for deepening understanding depending on the progress and wishes of the participant

Seminar-Program

  • seminar pyramid 2008:
    the contents of the seminars build upon each other:
    • from month to month (from physical to subtle)
    • from week to week (from inside to outside)
  • each month is dedicated to a certain topic:
    • August: Body (>details)
    • September: Being in relation (>details)
    • Oktober: Intuition (>details)
    • November: Goals (>details)
  • twelve seminar units per month, each three units dedicated to following three topics:
    • Creativity + Joy
    • Consciousness + Self-awareness
    • Communication
  • the seminar units are interrelated and build upon each other
  • each seminar unit is two hours long
  • seminar units start with a short meditation and a feedback round

Collaboration (WOrk)

5 days per week - 5 hours per day working in the seminar house or on special projects.

The work is an integral part of the concept. You will be taking part in the daily activities necessary to run the seminar house. Some additional projects might take place (such as renovation of our forrest paths, construction of a summer pavilion,…).

Free Time

  • 2 days per week off (no work, seminar units, or feedback rounds)
  • once per month: excursion in the surroundings, a hike together or a special event
  • communal evening activites (e.g.: bonfire, sauna, sweatlodge, dancing,...)

General information

  • english is the main language; (depending on the constellation of the group the seminars could also happen in german or italian)
  • translation of the seminar units is possible upon agreement
  • the program has a fixed start and end date per month
  • bookable per month

Example of a typical Work & Study day

7:00            Meditation
7:30            Morning Excercies (Tai Chi, Yoga, Chi-Gung,…)

9:30            Workshop (2 hours) or Feedback Round (1/2 hour)
12:00          work time (1,5 hours)
13:30          lunch
14:30          work time (3,5 hours)
18:00          time for yourself
19:30          dinner
21:00          evening activites

 

notes:

  • this is an example for a work & study day
  • the work hours may vary depending on the type of work
  • usually you will work in the dishwashing one to two days per week – this means that you have a shorter lunch + dinner break and work immiately after the food hours.
  • Three days per week you will be working in your chosen department or on a specific work + study project
  • Every participant gets a weekly schedule with the workshops and your work hours
