Collaboration (WOrk)
5 days per week - 5 hours per day working in the seminar house or on special projects.

The work is done side by side with Centro d'Ompio collaborators.
Collaboration occurs in one work area of the seminar house, which will be defined individually with each participant and in the dishwashing area – and sometimes also on a specific Work & Study Project.
The assignments are specially chosen in accordance with the needs of the Program. They are chosen with respect to the needs of the seminar house.
The number of required individuals per work area can vary. The areas are as following: garden, kitchen, maintenance, and housecleaning. Working hours are 5 per day for 5 days a week.
During the phases of work we discover to what extent one's feelings and experiences are determined by the type of work and to what extent by the own attitude, perception and focus of attention.
We want to free ourselves from outdated notions, concepts, and work attitudes. We explore our relationship with the external world and connect to our internal experience. This leads to a new attitude to life and understanding of ourselves.
Free Time
- 2 days per week off (no work, seminar units, or feedback rounds)
